Racing age is your age at the end of the year 12/31/13,that is the age group you SHOULD race with for the 2012 race season. However, in some cases older riders may drop down and race a younger age group in the same class category per USAC rules.
**Riders should also have the courtsey to upgrade themselves according to USA Cycling's rule book for the CAT 3 and CAT 2 classes. We will do our best to discourage "Sandbagging" or "Cherry Picking" at these lower Categories, however riders and peers should police themselves in conjunction with the host promoter and venue.**
